Very RUDE secretary. Acted like I was bothering her when I ask for the address and when I apologize d for getting tongued tied and called her hun she said sometthing mean and hung up on me. So glad I'm finished with that office.
I really hate that I got hand over to them on my medical bills. These scumbags do not even deserve a one star. ****PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU CAN**** BUT IF YOU END UP WITH THEM LIKE I HAD ON MEDICAL BILLS, GOD HELP YOU I WILL PRAY FOR YOU BECAUSE THEY ARE THE DEVIL IN DISGUISE!

Very horrible people! The whole staff is very unprofessional and they obviously do NOT know how to do business. Any normal company knows to send a receipt when you make a payment and I've asked these people MANY times to please send me a receipt on each payment that I make and they again have failed to do so. I can't wait til I'm done with these people!
I can't wait to be done paying this office. In my opinion, they always provide the RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! The letters they send out are horrific. I wish I could make my payments online and not have to deal with them.
This is the worse attorney's office I have every had to deal with. They are blood sucking devils who are not compassionate like the letter says. Even though you call and make payment arrangements if it is not paid in full they will still send you a summons and add court cost to it. I wish I new an attorney that I could sue them for what they are doing to people. If there are any attorneys reading this post that can help please write a post where I can contact you. They really don't deserve a star rating but there is nothing lower to give.
