Poorly run would only use them to buy a gift otherwise call and have phones and everything else done online or over a phone
Always solve my issues
I went into the Paris store yesterday to switch from Verizon to AT&T and was helped by Cassie. She was very sweet and helpful, she even helped me save over $100 a month on my phone bill plus Satellite tv by switching from Spectrum to Direct Tv. The store was also very busy with customers with only her working that day, and despite some rude customers, Cassie maintained her professionalism. They are short staffed as of right now, but don't let people's negative reviews because of it discourage you from going there, it's a great store with some great employees.
