She was rude, unprofessional, and the least helpful bill collector i have ever talked to. I have been working on paying off 1 debt at a time and was interested in setting up payment options, however I was not afforded the opportunity to speak about anything because the representative decided it wasn't worth her time.
MSCB is a great company. Unlike other collection agencies I have dealt with MSCB are professional and thoughtful about the process of collection s. They have worked with me especially since I've had job loss and medical issues that caused me to fall behind. As long as you communicate with them they are very understanding. Nobody likes collections but we all have to work together to get things resolved. I have not been threatened or bullied at anytime.
I got a phone call before 7 AM PST and when I called back to inform them that I was living on the West Coast the woman called me a liar. She that they show no records of calling me at all since October so she wasn't even going to discuss the possibility that they made an error. She felt that it was impossible someone called me before 7AM PST (9PM CST), because no one is in the office at 6 AM CST (obviously, but time difference.)
I have lost my job and since I cannot pay they have threatened me with legal per suit...being a former collector, thats against the fdcpa!
