This place was so helpful the staff is very friendly and eager to help you with problems you have. The selection is great and the prices are awesome. I am personally in love with all the amazing selection this place has. Anything you can think of for outdoor quality family fun they have! My friend would have never purchased a pool from this company if she had known how poorly they put together pools. The workers had to watch a CD on how to put the pool together before they could even start yet they boasted about having 20 years experience. She has had them back 3 times to try and fix the pool and it is still wrong. I have seen her pool and it is not level and the top rail of the pool rocks as they striped a lot of the screws and did not put the rail on correctly. Their definition of, good workman like manner, is definitely different than mine.
I recently purchased a hot tub for my mother's birthday. She is elderly and was concerned gravely about people coming to her home and installing such a large heavy item. She watched like a hawk and I was pleased as she reported how everything was done. These people took amazing care of her. They put her mind and worries at ease going above and beyond to make sure her railing was took down and put back up. The people spoke kindly to her that means a lot especially to me! They didn't have to take the time to say anything at all. Everything looks amazing and they cleaned up everything when finished. Mom enjoys her hot tub and I enjoy knowing it is helping her and making her feel good. Thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of our family. I highly recommend them to everyone! Excellent Service, we received FREE water testing on our pool water. We were able to figure out exactly what was wrong and for the first time EVER our pool has continued to stay crystal clear. Plus they offer monthly cleaning and treatment services, so our busy life has one less thing to worry about! Very impressed with Hugh quality products and thinking of purchasing a spa to add onto our deck. The showroom models are beautiful and financing available! And not to mention, they have paddleboards!!!! Perfect for KY Lake!! So happy to have such a wonderful store in our area! Definitely recommend stopping by !
