They came to my house and looked and my washer and just said it is not worth fixing no quote or bid to fix it. And when i called I to ask why i was not receiving a bid to repair the washing machine and I quote " Its not worth putting a $40 saddle on a $20 mule" and was hung up on.This cost me $71.41 to find out something I already knew. And when I called for an explanation I was treated Like a criminal.

We have have a couple of dealings with this business already. They are very rude on the telephone and give you a very hard time about scheduling times on when you should be able to accommodate them to make appointments and that can be hard to do sometimes when EVERYONE in the household have JOBS and can't just be there whenever it's convenient for one party! They serviced the appliance and it didn't fix the problem. Had to call for another service appointment
