Sometimes it's hard to find help with stuff but over all it's a good place to shop
Arrived at the store this morning at 8:05am to find a note on the door they changed the store hours to 9am. The Lowe’s mobile app still says they open at 8. And I just updated the app last night. Drive 40 miles to get there when they open, sitting in parking lot, asked if I could use the restroom while I waited and told no. Home Depot in Jackson is looking more worth the xtra 15 minutes drive
Visited the Garden Department today. The lady was very helpful and very nice. Had everything I went after. Good prices, very organized.
Great service, they need more assistance at the lumber check out though. SLOW! Not the cashiers fault though.
Today I visited the Paris Lowes Lawn and Garden section. I had my 20 month old granddaughter with me, so needless to say it was a challenge to get the cart full of plants that I needed to pick up. Mrs. Mary was a huge help. She pushed my cart around loading the plants I needed, while making sure to tell me how to plant them. She also walked out with me and loaded them in my truck. I really enjoyed chatting with her, and I really appreciate that she didn't make me feel like I was a bother. Thank you Mrs. Mary.
