Wait times are f'ing rediculous!!!
Visited Eastwood clinic due to a sickness on 4/1 at 9 a.m.. Walked in and dealt with a receptionists that wouldn't smile, wouldn't make eye contact, and made me feel like an inconvenience. I was happy to be called right back with no wait time. However then the nurse was a repeat of the receptionists. She sounded like a tape recorder asking her personal questions. I felt feverish and when she took my temperature she walked right out of the room. Then finally the doctor came, that was the only pleasant encounter of the visit. Dr. Douglas Summers, MD was kind and inquisitive on a personal level, he diagnosed me correctly, he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The 3 stars are because of Dr. Summers only. I would give him 5 by himself. East Wood clinical alone gets 0. I felt sick and Ill. I had to call into to work and lose money. I should of been the unfriendly miserable person. After all, they were healthy and making money. Life it's all about perspective.
