This is my second year staying at Knights Inn . I travel annually to Paris, TN. Knights Inn is being renovated by what I assume is new owners. The establishment is located in a quiet, convenient area. There is shopping 5 minutes way as well many restaurants. There is a little traffic flow during the day time hours and major veins are with a minute"s drive. The staff is friendly and rooms are comfortable. The price is the best in the area, if you are seeking a place to rest safely at night and the ability to save money, this is it.
I have stayed there a few times during the past month and the rooms are dirty regularly. One of the sinks was completely stopped up and the owner was not receptive when I brought these things to his attention.
This has got to be the MOST filthy motel I have ever stayed in. The carpet was sticky and when I walked on it barefooted, my feet turned black from the crud. There were dead bugs in the bathroom. At least they were dead, but then again, I wondered what they died of. Had to buy cleaning supplies and clean and disinfect the room and commode. It was THAT BAD!! Beer caps and trash littered the parking lot. Stay at your own risk. This place was HORRIBLE!
Kinda small and not well kept... Cheapest place 2 stay though. Not too bad but not great either.
