I work 12 hour shifts and my packages are never delivered before I leave for work. Today I went to get my package at 1100 am and the facility was closed.
They have no phone number posted and the last time this happened, they gave me a 30 min window to get my package.

Your service and hours are inconsiderate, and if these hours and service were consistent across the US, I'd be surprised you were still in business.

i rated a one star because they dont have a zero option available!!! i called and tried to pick up my package here locally and the lady told me no it had to be delivered to my house so her order would go through why is fed ex is soo helpfull and the usps is so helpful and everytime i have a problem its with ups i will never buy from anyone that uses ups or ships through ups ever again there customer service is to the point that they are almost rude!!!!!!
