Bought our home here in Paris some years ago. The agent, Jo Lynn Pierce, was deceptive in not disclosing that termites were found in the crawl space until the closing. Our lawyer was shocked! I chose to have another termite company inspect the house at my expense. No termites were found in the structure. We directed our lawyer to hold all payments until completion of the inspection I had ordered.
I called the owners of the real estate office and was blown off.
I will not ever deal with this reality office.
