I have had many bad experiences with an employee named 'Jess.' She is extremely rude and makes 'threats' to customers on their voicemails; she acts like an unprofessional bill collector. I've done business in the past with this company and everyone was extremely professional and polite. An unprofessional employee is bad for a business so the owner may want to consider allowing one of their more professional employees deal with customers.
