They're too money hungry and it seems that's all they care about. For a holter monitor study, it was over $600! Plus, they won't help you with the cost unless it's over a $1000 bill. The black lady I spoke with in the billing center was very rude and hateful. She wanted to try to threaten me with court costs, etc. America's medical system totally sucks!!!!!! HCMC is right along with it! What a wonderful thing to do after someone has been ill but to bill and harass them with outrageous bills. HCMC, you and your stupid billing dept. nazis totally suck! You are EVIL!!!!!!!!!!! You work for Satan!!!!!!!!!!

How about that, HCMC will not accept V.A. or vetrans choice from any vet outside Henry County.......I Know this to be a fact because I am a vet that lives in Huntingdon Tn a mere 20 miles away and 10 miles from HCMC I am having a problem and wanted to use their facility ....BUT NO BECAUSE I DONT LIVE IN HENRY COUNTY ....I HAVE TWO WORDS FOR hcmc AND IT'S NOT THANK YOU
The nurses in the CCU are absolutely the rudest people. The hospital does not have a CCU waiting room equipped with chairs for the numerous family members that we seen come in and out in a matter of 24 hours. (We traveled 3 hours to get here) When the staff, including the administrative secretary, was asked about additional chairs, we were told there wasn't anymore nor was the hospital responsible for such. All I could do was shake my head and say, "That's so sad!" This hospital is the absolute WORSE FROM ADMINISTRATION TO NURSING! Glad I wasn't the patient and they are not getting my money or insurance money! I would not want to contribute to payroll for this incompetent, uncaring, insensitive CCU staff. There was an Outpatient nurse who was very friendly and our doctor, Dr. L. is very nice and very respectable, but there is ALOT this hospital needs starting with compassionate staff.
