visited this office, no receptionist. Canceled appointment without notifying me it was canceled. Women seems extremely confused.
case of a counselor needing a counselor..shrug...main problem is the record keeping abilities. My record was incorrect, with information scribbled in it that was not mine?!? Lady was rude and arrogant when confronted with the issues and only fixed the problem after clients came into office as she didnt want them to hear about it. I posted this issue when it first happened guess it got removed.....this woman caused problems for me, but they were caught before they became an issue, wonder how many others she has screwed up and/or over? AVOID
The counselor that my son saw at the initial appointment was very friendly and welcoming. However, the appointment scheduling is a nightmare. The second appointment was canceled with no notice (they stated that they tried to call me, I had no missed calls on my phone) and we didn't know until after checking our son out of school early and showing up. That seemed like an honest mix up, we made the next appointment for same time the following week, only to show up and be told that his appointment was an hour prior. Not according to the card that they gave us the previous week at the canceled appointment. I just don't trust such an inefficient staff to treat my son and it's bad enough that he misses school for appointments...it's even worse when he misses for no reason!
