Cheeseburger was cold! Onion rings were okay. wasn't any tea so they got it from the back and it was not very good! My son got the chicken fries they were cold and hard as a rock!
Went here last week and wouldn't even give it one star if I could. Don't waste your time or money, nothing "fast-food" about it. I get there are days that help is short-staffed and things happen but this was a fiasco! Took 20 minutes to get our "dine in" order: a Whopper, a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger and a small fry. Young man before me came back in with his messed up order only to wait 15 minutes more to be treated rudely by the "manager" and he still had to continue to wait for his correct order. A woman waiting in line spoke on behalf of the young man and he was still waiting when we left. I was very close to asking for my money back and wished I had after finally receiving my Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger - cold and nasty and in the trash it went. The time on my receipt was 7:30 pm, not exactly peek dinner hour. Couldn't believe the long line in the drive through upon leaving. Will never go to the Paris Burger King again, ever.
Have been going to Burger King Paris, Tennessee for quite a while. The last few weeks the service has been horrible. Every time we order the order is either messed up or is wrong. It's ridiculous. Sadly, I like Burger King but today will be our last trip there. They need some serious training in making sure the orders are correct. I refuse to do business with an establishment who care so little about their customers. Guess I'll be finding another restaurant to give my money and business to.
