Horrible service we stood at register while 4 staff members stood behind counter gossiping. Then after we ordered the guy threw our number at us and forgot our drink (said they were out of smalls) but still made us pay. Food wasn't that good and we had to eat outside because staff was fooling around with friends at tables, standing on them, etc. Never going again. Dairy Delight is better anyways.
Really enjoyed our visit! Employees were super nice. Lobby was cold, but clean!
Too pricey for the poor service and the messy presentation. I understand that it's DQ but please make sure the food is all hot. You made the kids meal and the sandwich took longer than the chicken the guy after me ordered. He was obviously a regular customer. He was served Promptly. My Grandson's meal was cold.
While the food is fresh and good, the location is atrocious. Parking and drive through are both awful. And please, do not try and turn left put of the parking lot. It will take 20 minutes.
This location has some of the best customer service ever! They're all absolutely wonderful. Oh, and the foods great too!
