I bought a 2004 Saturn Vue from this place. I had transmission issues the first day I had it. I called and was told to bad. I already gave him my money and he said I could return it WITHOUT refund. I would STAY AWAY from this place. The family business might have done well when they sold new cars but THE ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF NOW. My vehicle had been in an accident and they knew it before they sold it!
Found a vehicle I liked with price in the window. Spent the morning looking over the vehicle, talked with the salesman and took it for a test drive. Upon returning to the car lot I decided to buy the vehicle when suddenly the woman from the office came out and said I would have to pay $500 MORE for it than was advertised! What? What kind of business is this? Who does that!? If you are thinking about buying from this place then you deserve what you get if you've checked these reviews. Run, don't walk if you end up here! Shoddy business practices! Sorry I even have to give this 1 star.
Gillespies sold a Chevy Venture to my mom and it is a piece of crap. The 2nd gear is going out in the transmission and they knew about it before they sold it. They wouldn't do anything about it so she is reporting it to the Better Business Bureau. I will make sure to tell everyone I come across not to do business with Gillespie. He is dishonest and a fraud.
Went to talk about getting a truck the guy there was very rude. Even turned around and walked off while I we asking him a question. He deffinatly wont be getting my money.
