From the time I entered the service was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed working with the consultant as well as the main finance personnel. Everything was handled with good customer service. It was a bit of a haul from Nashville, but I'd say that it was worth it in that I'm very pleased with my purchase
They go above and beyond. We dealt with Ricky and Anthony but talked to every one of the sales guys over on the Toyota side, because they are all just super friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend them, and the lifetime warranty on some used and all new vehicles means a lot!

I received a quick response when I made an appointment online. Kim referred me to Ryan Peppers and he was knowledgeable as well as helpful. He gave us a reasonable quote for the work we needed to have done. It would be most helpful to have a sign for your service department like the one across the street. I sat in the wrong place for longer than I care to say at the service department across the street.
