The initial car buying process was great, but once they make that sale the service dept never wants to help. Anyone we have talked to over the past few months has acted like they are doing us a favor for being at work that day. The older lady in there is the main one that really needs to work on her customer service. "How can I help you today?" or "Welcome to Nissan" really isn't that hard to muster up.
It was a friendly,clean, respectful place and no one pushed themself on you to buy a car.i will most definitely be back .
